Resumen
In this note we study the convergence properties of a variation of the technique proposed in [1] for solving elliptic steady equations based on a non overlapping domain decomposition and the introduction of a penalty term. Under some regularity we show the properties of this technique. For illustrating purposes we perform the analysis on the Dirichlet problem for the Laplace operator but it can be reproduced for any general symmetric elliptic operator.
