Abstract

Introduction: This study has been marked as targets analyze sessions "Health Program 5-10" using the different times of the session, the relationship between the number of steps and time commitment motor and establish the differences between sessions more and fewer steps. Material and Methods: This study involved 20 children with aged 5-10 years participated in the study. As inclusion criteria was established to attend at least 70% of all sessions and 100% of the recorded sessions. A pedometer "ONstep 100" was used by the school for quantifying levels of physical activity. We analyzed 10 of the 70 sessions Health Program 5-10. Results: It was observed that the number of steps varies between 8.285 steps/session (the five sessions with more steps) and 6.442 steps/session (the five sessions with fewer steps). Conclusions: Significant differences were found between the sessions with the greatest number of steps and those with the lowest ones in relation to the total number of steps, the active walking time and the total time. Differences in total organization times and useful times have also been observed.
