Resumo

The Jumilla and Yecla municipalities in the region of Altiplano (Murcia) have in their territories with a considerable number of small settlements with heritage interest. They are constrained in their organization, architecture, etc. by the existence of a rural upland habitat in which they are inserted. The distribution of the various elements (housing, water cisterns, laundries, orchards, etc.) on the territory, to characterize the various villages. These sets are home to an outstanding cultural and rural heritage value (Torre del Rico, Fuente del Pino, La Zarza, etc.) forming a rural landscape of cultural consideration. Are analyzed primarily, those settlements that make villages inhabited and other uninhabited interest and some scattered inhabited houses. We can say that in general the villages of the region of Altiplano house a heritage and cultural landscapes related to rural areas of considerable interest.
