Coexistence problems are the epicenter of the educational community concerns. The school as a place of fellowship and socialization where conflicts emerge, clashes of interest, abuse of power and authority (Gomez et al, 2006), demand for educational interventions to address this problem. This research focuses on the teaching of conflict management, who through mediation and intervention, contribute to improving the living.
