Coexistence problems are the epicenter of the educational community concerns. The school as a place of fellowship and socialization where conflicts emerge, clashes of interest, abuse of power and authority (Gomez et al, 2006), demand for educational interventions to address this problem. This research focuses on the teaching of conflict management, who through mediation and intervention, contribute to improving the living. Specifically we want to know the different ways of managing conflict in the classroom four teachers, two novices and two experts, primary education. The results enable us to see some similarities and differences in both teaching profiles
