Consideraciones sobre el estudio de las interjecciones en relacióncon marcadores discursivos y enunciados fraseológico-pragmáticos

Abstract

In this paper we would like to consider relationship among interjections – specific and figurative–, conversational markers and pragmatic phraseological units in Italian / Spanish. We assume that these three kinds of sequences exhibit remarkable affinities at a pragmatic-discursive level, which has led to frequent overlapping, creating some confusion, particularly at a terminological and conceptual level. With these assumptions, the objective of this paper is to help clarify these relationships. Specifically, we would like to consider the implications involved in the application of the concept of ‘function’ when studying the behavior of interjections and, above all, to define its location in relation with phraseological units and conversational markers. On the other hand, with regard specifically to phraseological units, we propose the existence of an exceptional relation between interjections, both figurative and specific, and pragmatic phraseological units, especially with the phraseological-pragmatic statements subclass.
