Resum
Peri-urban areas located in the vicinity of communication infrastructures are a particularly attractive from a speculative viewpoint, and especially urban. The current global crisis has fossilized its recent dynamics, resulting in a mosaic of situations with environmental costs, in some cases has been and is extremely excessive. Following the implementation of projects to be carried out mobilizing land after them, they can cause significant soil losses, which requires the implementation of conservation strategies or even prevention. Hence, it is necessary to dwell on the balance between training and rates of soil loss.
