Abstract

The presented work is designed to analyze the changes currently taking place in the service of the Judicial Police to incorporate a new operator, the local police, the Security Forces and Corps which until now had been making. It is try to realize a study on how it going to produce the assignment of new functions to the local police and the possible consequences that this incorporation will suppose in the model of service of the Judicial Police. This next link of the local police to recovering functions of Judicial Police with integral character, makes it necessary to analyze the incident in the juridical procedural world, with special attention to the so-called Proximity Justice, which the incorporation of these police forces will have in the accomplishment of a traditional task of the police, but that for the local police is going to suppose an authentic innovation.
