Abstract
The emergence of new technologies in the hotel industry has enabled travelers to evaluate establishments through websites such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor. The scores obtained by hotels influence purchase decision of potential consumers, so that the determination of the factors that favor its improvement is interesting to the sector. We analyzed different variables, identifying the size of the hotel as the main factor that favors the increase of scores.
