Abstract

The dynamics of companies often entails facing all kinds of risks. Therefore, the managers of the companies are aware of the need to manage risk in an appropriate manner to ensure business continuity. In this research we analyze the main risks that affect companies and present a classification of risks. Additionally, the main risks faced by the company are exposed and information is provided on the professional or academic bodies that offer information on the most relevant risks. Also succinctly is summarized the process to manage risks. This research article is useful for managers, professionals and consultants who are interested in managing the risks of companies.
