Doctor by the Universidad de Murcia with the thesis El embargo ejecutivo en la extraordinaria "cognitio" ("pignus in causa iudicati captum") 2012. Supervised by Dr. Antonio Díaz Bautista, Dr. Juan Ramón Robles Reyes.

Accredited Associate Professor of Roman Law (April 2024), current Profesor Contratado Doctor at the University of Murcia. Attorney (1998-2014) specializing in Private Real Estate Law. He has taught Roman Law, Civil Law, Procedural Law, and Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Murcia and UNIR. His research focuses on the study of Roman institutions as the foundation for the unification of Continental Law, as well as the social aspects derived from late Roman legal sources.
