María Belén Marín Conesa is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Translation and Interpreting at the University of Murcia and in the Master’s in Bilingual Education at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio. With a PhD in Translation and Interpreting (cum laude, 2023), her research spans ICT in education, cross-cultural linguistics, and specialized discourse. Her recent work focuses on discourse analysis, corpus linguistics, and translation in social and professional contexts. Key publications include Del Yes, I do al «Sí, quiero» en el mercado editorial de las bodas de EE. UU., Reino Unido y España (Comares, 2024) and La persuasión en la comunicación interpersonal de las revistas de novias: un análisis crítico del discurso (e-AESLA, 2025). She serves as a reviewer for Cultura, Lenguaje y Representación and Ibérica, and actively contributes to the development of interdisciplinary approaches to affective and persuasive strategies in specialized communication.
