Abstract

During the Congress, we had the opportunity to witnessthought-provoking contributions and a stimulating debate on the irruption ofArtificial Intelligence in Administrative Law, its impact on the decision-makingprocess and the reshaping of rights and guarantees currently in place. The event concluded with a comparative vision in which, apart from references toother legal frameworks, the presentations focused on the European Unionproposal. These conclusions just aim to launch an academic conversation withthe ideas, reviews, and proposals that were put forward during the Congress.
