Abstract
In this article, the authors look at the problems that have arisen recently due to the expansion of family relationships into a digital context and the ensuing conflicts in the so-called “digital society”. This allows them to refer to the “digital home” of the family as a place of coexistence for the various members of the family group and the resulting tensions between the “personal” and “family” dimensions of their rights, with particular reference to the area of individual and collective “privacy” of the family.
