Abstract

This paper provides a critical review of some of the most relevant aspects regulated in the Draft Bill of the Organic Law for the protection of in digital environments (the modification of the age of consent for the processing of personal data, measures for manufacturers, including age verification and the use of mobile devices in schools). Improvements are proposed with a view to the future approval of the text.
