Abstract
Law 28/2022, of December 21, for the promotion of the ecosystem of emerging companies, known as the Startup Law, has implemented a set of specific benefits and incentives in the fiscal, commercial, civil and labor fields aimed at promoting the creation and growth of so-called start-ups. This article analyzes the concept of emerging company, detailing the requirements and procedure to obtain accreditation as such, and the benefits and incentives that have a commercial nature are explained.
