Abstract
The bioethics like academic discipline has an impressed development in the last years it has modified the scientific and humanistic disciplines. The present investigation tries to know the situation of the bioethics in Mexico and his relation with the university, for it the situation of the bioethics in the region of Latin America and the Caribbean is analyzed, considering the impact of the globalization and the changes that have been provoked in the current world. To way of qualitative diagnosis a bibliographical analysis becomes of the bioethics and the education superior in Latin America and is complemented this with a study of case in the Veracruzana University. With them proved obtained to elaborate an offer of integration of the bioethics in the universities of Mexico and similar in order to develop a top education that contains axiological elements that affect positively the development of the vocational training from the university.
